Concord Women's Chorus is a member of the Greater Boston Choral Consortium, and of Chorus America.

Concord Women's Chorus is an established women's chorus that performs classical, contemporary, and newly-composed music with mastery and joy. We strive to create and impart a distinctive choral sound rooted in power, meaning, and community.

About Us

Concord Women's Chorus, based in Concord, Massachusetts, is comprised of approximately 60 singers from Concord and the greater Boston area. Directed by Jane Ring Frank, the chorus performs a wide variety of choral music, ranging from early music to contemporary repertoire.

Jane Ring Frank is pleased to be in her 17th year as Conductor of the Concord Women’s Chorus, a 60-voice ensemble based in Concord, Massachusetts. Concord Women’s Chorus prides itself on rehearsing and performing challenging, new music written especially for women.

Pianist Scott Nicholas has performed in Europe, Bermuda, Latin America and throughout the United States.

Our 50th Anniversary Season

Our 50th Anniversary Season was supported in part by an Alfred Nash Patterson Grant from Choral Arts New England, by a grant from the PatsyLu Fund and Open Meadows Foundation, and by grants from the Concord, Carlisle, Acton-Boxboro, Wayland, and Lincoln Cultural Councils, local agencies, which are supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.

2010 marked the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Concord Women's Chorus, formerly called the Concord Madrigals. To celebrate, we had several special events.
